Short description of capabilities:

STOCCA for Windows is an integrated hospital pharmacy application that
allows the user to manage and track all inventory movements within the
environment. All aspects of practice are covered with easy to learn and use
modules. Decision support is provided when the user requires it in all
areas of use. Building on expertise gained in over 10 years experience of
pharmacy systems development, STOCCA for Windows has a standard GUI
(Graphical User Interface) on SybaseT Relational Database Management System
(RDBMS) for use on Client-Server or Thin Client architecture. It is
scalable from a one PC configuration to an Area Health Network wide
configuration to a state wide configuration if required.

Context sensitive Drug Information
Bar code technology for Patient Selection, Product Selection,
Distributions, Stock Take and Purchase Order generation is extensively
used.
Security- User defined levels of access
Returns (from wards etc) and Free Samples Register
Disposal Register of stock discarded- Out of date, broken stock.
Stock Take facilities for Full, Random, Critical list or User Defined list
of products
Manufacturing - Bulk or individual packs -
Repacking
Standard Formulas for IV (Aseptic), TPN, Cytotoxic or Extemp dispensing and
manufacture- User maintained
Pricing schedules. A sophisticated system which may be user defined for
individual cost centres, products, dates, transaction type, and quantity
based on Average Weighted Purchase, last purchase, contract or supplier
catalogue price
Reference tables- all user maintainable including products.
Reporting - via Crystal ReportsT. Reports supplied or Ad Hoc reports
created by the user
Audit Trail Configuration & Viewer for changes to user selected critical
tables
On-line Help - Context sensitive
Label formats- User designed and user selectable at the time of dispensing
or manufacture.
