E-drug: Availability and price of rofecoxib

Dear E-druggers
Greetings from Pakistan. Rofecoxib (VIOXX), the new anti-arthritic 
drug by Merck Sharpe and Dohme has been recently made 
available in Pakistan.  We have been closely monitoring it because 
of its internationally reported adverse effects and reporting it in 
public media.  Presently, I am interested to know in which other 
country it is registered, are there any adverse effects reported there 
as well and what is the price of the product preferably per tablet.  In 
Pakistan it is being sold at USD 1.31.
