E-drug: offer of medical journals, update (2)

Dear Valeria,

I would gladly help with The Lancet, BMJ and BNF, but as a 
pensioner the postal rates for me are prohibitive.  What I could 
perhaps do is sending a package of those journals every month to 
Oxford; I will try to make an estimate, but I am afraid that the 
amount per year will probably equal the yearly subscription rate.  I 
tried earlier to do it via HAI, but they were not very helpful (they 
have no money either).
