E-drug: Anti-hypertensive drug prices

I am looking at selection of antihypertensive drugs for an essential
drug list comparing a committee consensus-based method and one
which is based on cost-effectiveness ratio calculations using
published evidence. In a developing country situation with limited
expertise and literature resources, if the former produces the same
results as the latter, then there may be no need to worry about
formal cost-effectiveness calculations (obviously other drug groups
will need to be examined as well).

For the cost-effectiveness calculations, drug costs are being taken
from the MSH Drug Price Indicator Guide. This does not contain all
drugs and I need to obtain cost data from other sources to see if it
can be incorporated. I would be grateful if you could e-mail directly
to me (dball@healthnet.zw) with costs for the drugs below.

NB: Preferably I would like cost of the drugs from the manufacturer
to compare with MSH Guide, but if you can only provide wholesale
prices this would be acceptable. If possible, mention:
- whether there are any negotiations between supplier and
purchaser which affect the tendered price e.g. for health insurance
reimbursement purposes
- any mark-up, taxes, etc. involved contributing to the cost data
supplied
- the year to which the data apply
- anything else you consider relevant to interpreting your data

captopril 25mg tablets
nifedipine 10mg SR (slow-release) capsules
nifedipine 10mg capsules
hydrochlorthiazide 25mg tablets
propranolol 40mg tablets
atenolol 50mg tablets
reserpine 0.1mg tablets
methyldopa 250mg tablets
