E-drug: % Generics vs branded products

Dear Colleagues,

I was wondering if anyone could supply me with the latest data
regarding the following (as an international trend):

1. % split between generics vs branded products (based on
   usage).
2. The % total products that are off patent and for which generics
   are available (i.e. what could the potential % generics usage be
   vs branded).
3. Does anyone have just the South African statistics as well?
