Anthony Battersby wrote a book called 'How to look after a health
centre store'. As far as I know it is still available from HealthLink
International - formerly AHRTAG. info@healthlink.org.uk,

I know this text is directed more at district level management but it 
is a really nice training tool. Perhaps Anthony can tell us if there 
is a more recent version.
