Today, information sharing is getting simpler and getting better. The Blood
Transfusion Safety Team at WHO is pleased to make available - free of

safe blood. This material, produced for World Health Day 2000 on Blood
Safety and an excellent educational tool for schools or health mangers
alike, includes:

* "Safe Blood Starts With Me" - an easy-to-read brochure emphasizing the
value of our blood as an irreplaceable health asset, and why altruistic
safe blood donation is so important. 24 pages in English and French

* A colour poster with the safe blood logo. English, French, Spanish and
Portuguese.
