E-drug: Slippery Slopes

We live in a tough world.  I laud Richard Smith's standing [moderator: see 
BMJ editor resigns].  I see the
complexity of compulsory licensing. Glad I quit smoking in the '80s.  We
need principles delineated in this forum that propose standards to
delineate.  I would be sad to see this forum lose sight of the difference
between leather shoes and leaden feet.
