E-drug: Drug Testing Laboratory

Dear Colleagues
We are considering of setting up a drug testing laboratory in a local
hospital so that drugs can be tested for quality before they are approved
for hospital formulary.
Has any one any set up any thing like this before, if so I would love to
hear from you.
