Hello:  This is the stuff regulatory authorities are made of.  :)  I would
encourage you to contact the agencies you choose directly, and ask 
them to show you their substantive work in this area.  This is 
certainly a timely request, and your findings will be a useful 
contribution and highly appreciated.  Please keep me posted, and if I 
can be of assistance for some "drudgery" stuff, let me
know.
