Dear all,

For the Netherlands the stats are as follows:
National population 16 million
Turnover per pharmacy approx Dfl 4 million / pharmacy
Number of pharmacies approx 1600 (we sell OTC, but that also is
in a druggist channel, pharmacies sell approx 60% of all OTCs)
Each pharmacy serves approx 10 000 people, range 6000-18000
Per pharmacy there are approx 1.4 pharmacist and 6 assistant
pharmacists working
Continuing education is obligatory in order to keep your license. We
need 5 days of cont. education per year.
