E-drug: Substitution of Dipyrone (cont'd)

Answer to the request of Mr Samvel Azatyan:

In most of the french-speaking african countries, metamizole has been
replaced by Lysine Acetylsalicylate, injectable form. This is an
injectable form of acetylsalicylic acid. By injection, it has a potent
analgesic effect, with the same facility of use than acetylsalicylic acid.
This drug exists under generic name, with 2 different dosages, at an
affordable price:
- 900 mg vials (equivalent to 500 mg ASA); indicative price:
USD 0.21 per vial (CIF African country)
- 1800 mg vials (equivalent to 1000 mg ASA); indicative price:
USD 0.33 per vial (CIF African country)

Hope this will be of use to you.
