E-drug: TDM software

Dear all,

I am a pharmacist and dealing with therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM)
at the Laboratory of Toxicology of the Federal University of Goias,
Brasil. I am looking for software on dose-regimen adjustment for TDM
purposes. Can anyone help me?
