E-DRUG: Drug Donation

Please tell me what is the procedure to donate a drug to combat
AIDS in Africa.

[Moderators Comment: This apparently simple question has a number of
responses. Clearly the first questions relate to which drug, or drugs, what
amount, for what time period etc? May I suggest that E-Druggers suggest what
else we would need to know before we make suggestions as to whether and how
these drugs could be donated. How could such a donation be made that would
comply with the WHO Interagency guidelines? Richard Laing]
