In the US, fluitrazepam is not marketed and no NDA has been submitted. 
There were spontaneous reports in the US mostly originated from foreign
countries or literature articles.  There are many published articles
about flunitrazepam and the abuse.  WHO database also contains many
reports of drug abuse, drug dependence and withdrawal syndrome.
