E-drug: The use of expired e-drugs (cont)

I made an inquiry about why expired drugs would be shipped to third
world nations. The answer is that it is common practice to donate
drugs near expiration dates in the hopes that they will be used before
expiry although the shelf life is much shorter than the normal product
cycle. I am not certain that helps the situation very much.
