E-drug: antibiotic prescription software?

Dear members:

Does anyone know about software to help to select the correct indication =
of
antibiotic, based on the first line ? =


In my institution ( Enrique Tejera City Hospital, Valencia, Venezuela, we=

are performing the list of essential drug ( based on the "Yellow Bible").=
 =


We imagine the following setting : patient with indication of antibiotic =
(
pneumonia adquired in community), physician selects, for example,
cephalosporins of third generation, the machine says " you are wrong" and=

sound the bell, quickly the CPU says " for that indication the antibiotic=

of
first line is:...."

This is being envisaged by us. =

Does anyone know something like this?

This program have been possible due to my assistance to INRUD's course
(Mexico 1996 ) and for to be member of E-drug list. =
